Michael has a history of designing and maintaining sites for a variety of audiences. Whether your target audience is an entire market or a specific demographic, we’ll make sure your website puts your best foot forward online.
The web is constantly changing both our ability to interact with customers and how the customers expect to communicate with us. As we all become more acclimated to web services, the tolerance for the “middleman delay,” the time it takes for communication to get from the customer to the third-party manager to you, is dwindling. At the same time, it is becoming easier and easier for business to keep their own information up-to-date and their customer interaction swift and effective. We can show you how turn updating your site from a daunting chore to a competitive advantage.
With so many tools at your disposal and so many different directions in which you can go, it can be easy to get sidetracked from your ultimate goals. We will work with you to make sure that you are utilizing all available resources.
Working for your customers
Not that the two concepts are mutually exclusive, but we will trade higher page views/pages-per-visit numbers for a happy customer every time. We hate digging around through pages of branding to find something that should be easy to access, and we will bet your customers do as well.
Michael’s philosophy over the years has always been some variation of “Don’t do it just because you can, do it because it gets the job done.” We always work to stay on the leading edge of industry practices, however, unless you ask specifically ask for it we feel the phrase “proof of concept” does not do a great deal of service for you or your customers. That’s for us to do on our own time, not yours.
